  • All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.

  • Once dispatched, your parcel will be delivered within 3 to 5 working days across Pakistan.

  • During peak sale seasons, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances (such as extreme weather), delivery times may extend slightly.

2. Delivery Partners

We have partnered with reliable courier services across Pakistan to guarantee timely and secure delivery of your orders, including:

  • TCS, Leopard Courier, PostEx, and other trusted logistic partners.

Tracking details will be shared with you via SMS, Email, or WhatsApp once your order has been dispatched.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: On orders above Rs. 5000/-.

  • Standard Shipping Fee: A nominal fee (as displayed at checkout) will apply to orders below Rs. 5000/- to cover courier charges.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) service for your convenience.

  • Please ensure that the provided mobile number and address are accurate to avoid any delays.

  • Kindly keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID through SMS or Email.
You can use this ID to track your parcel on the courier partner’s official website.

6. International Shipping

Currently, Nishat Linen offers delivery only within Pakistan.
International shipping options will be introduced soon — stay tuned for updates.

Delivery may be delayed in case of:
